To create a training program, this model incorporates all the information about the user which was entered into the system and collected during the personal analysis. Moreover, the training goal is entered into the Pixformance Platform by the individual user or by the trainer. This can be, for example, weight loss, participation in a marathon or any other personal health-related goal. This guarantees that the program will be built around a personal goal of the user and will reflect their level of physical fitness and health condition.
